All veneers of birch plywood are made of birch wood, which has the characteristics of hardness, smoothness, and beautiful texture. Its structure is to stack multiple layers of birch veneer in a
staggered manner with alternating vertical grain directions, bonded with high-strength adhesive, and hot pressed under high temperature and high pressure. This structure ensures that the strength of the board is relatively uniform in all directions.

Production process
Raw material preparation: Select high-quality birch logs that are healthy and have no obvious defects, remove the skin, and perform preliminary cutting according to the required board size.
Slicing: Using rotary cutting or planing equipment to process logs into veneers with a thickness typically ranging from 0.5mm to 6mm, with precise control of cutting tools and feed rates to ensure veneer quality.
Single board drying: By natural air drying or mechanical drying, the moisture content of the single board is reduced to 6% -12% to prevent later deformation.
Adhesive coating: Apply environmentally friendly adhesives such as urea formaldehyde resin, phenolic resin, or MDI glue evenly on one side of each layer of veneer.
Assembly arrangement: According to the design requirements, multiple layers of veneer are staggered and stacked to form an assembly.
Hot press molding: Place the assembly into a hot press machine and cure the adhesive under high temperature and pressure conditions, ensuring that each layer is tightly bonded.
Edge trimming and polishing: Cut the pressed plywood, remove excess parts, and finely polish the surface to make it smooth and flat.
Inspection and grading: Conduct a comprehensive inspection of finished products, including appearance defects, dimensional accuracy, physical performance testing, etc., and grade them based on the inspection results.

Feature
Excellent Material: Birch wood has a straight and uniform texture, a delicate structure, and the plywood made from it has a smooth and beautiful surface, with high decorative value.
High strength: The staggered arrangement of each layer of veneer enables the board to have good bending and compression resistance, and can withstand certain weight and pressure.
Good processing performance: Birch wood material is relatively soft and easy to saw, plane, drill, nail and other processing operations, which can meet different process requirements.
Good environmental performance: Good birch plywood uses relatively less adhesive and mostly uses environmentally friendly adhesives, which comply with relevant environmental standards.
Good stability: After special treatment, the structure has high stability, is not easily deformed or warped, and can maintain good shape and dimensional accuracy under different environmental conditions.

Application field
Furniture manufacturing: It can be used to make various types of furniture such as cabinets, tables, chairs, and is also suitable for making children's furniture.
Indoor decoration: can be used as wall panels, ceilings, floor linings, etc., for TV background walls, ceiling decorations, etc., which can add natural wooden texture.
Commercial space: can be used for the production of store display racks, museum display cabinets, etc.
Special industrial use: can be used for the production of instrument resonance boxes, precision instrument packaging boxes, etc.
