Ingredient Composition

Plant fibers: wood powder, bamboo powder, rice husk powder, etc., accounting for 30%~70%, give the floor wood texture and touch.

Plastic substrate: High density polyethylene (HDPE) commonly used outdoors, with strong weather resistance; Polypropylene (PP) can also be used, with higher hardness.

Functional additives: UV stabilizers, antioxidants, mold inhibitors, compatibilizers to enhance weather resistance and service life.

Common structures

Solid structure: overall compact, good load-bearing capacity, suitable for high load areas such as squares and terraces.

Hollow structure: It has circular or square holes inside, is lightweight, has good insulation, is easy to install, and is suitable for light load areas such as courtyards and balconies.

Co extruded structure: The surface layer is a pure plastic layer with stronger weather resistance (thickness 0.2~0.5mm), and the core layer is a wood plastic substrate. Its scratch resistance and fade resistance are better than ordinary WPC flooring.

Installation precautions

5-10mm expansion joints should be reserved between boards and between floors and walls to cope with thermal expansion and contraction.

Key points of daily maintenance

Regularly rinse the surface dust with water, stubborn stains can be wiped with neutral cleaning agents, and avoid using strong acid and alkali cleaning agents.
