SPC rigid flooring

SPC stands for "Stone Plastic Composite", which stands for stone plastic composite flooring. Its main components are polyvinyl chloride (PVC) resin powder and stone powder, with the addition of plasticizers, stabilizers, carbon black and other raw materials.

Structure

High quality SPC stone plastic flooring is mostly a multi-layer composite structure, commonly divided into 4 layers from bottom to top:

Bottom layer (buffer layer): mostly made of IXPE or EVA foam layer, with a thickness of 1-3mm, which can reduce noise and enhance foot feel. Some thin products may omit this layer.

Substrate layer (core layer): namely the "stone powder+PVC" composite layer, with a thickness of 3-5mm, is the skeleton of the floor, which determines the hardness and impact resistance of the floor.

Decorative layer: Using high-definition printing paper, it can simulate various textures and colors such as solid wood, marble, tiles, etc., and can meet the needs of different decoration styles.

Wear resistant layer (surface layer): mostly transparent PVC wear-resistant film, thickness 0.15-0.3mm, surface treated with UV curing, wear-resistant speed can reach 15000-30000 revolutions per minute.

Performance Characteristics

Environmental protection and health: The production process does not require glue, the product does not contain formaldehyde, and meets the zero formaldehyde environmental protection standard;

Excellent physical performance: with a shrinkage rate as low as 0.05%, strong stability, and adaptability to underfloor heating environments; The fire rating reaches B1 level, and it also has waterproof, moisture-proof, mildew and insect proof characteristics;

Practical and convenient: The surface can present various textures and processing methods (such as concave convex patterns, hand grip patterns), and the anti slip performance is better when encountering water; During installation, adhesive free assembly is achieved through locking technology, which is efficient and fast. Daily maintenance only requires wiping.

The main steps include mixing, extrusion, UV tempering, slitting and slotting packaging, etc.

Classified by lock buckle type: it can be divided into 5G lock buckle (glue free splicing) and snap on lock buckle.

Classified by functional characteristics: it can be divided into antibacterial SPC flooring, thermal conductive SPC flooring, anti-skid SPC flooring, etc.
