WPC integrated wall panel

Bamboo wood fiber integrated wall panel is one of the core materials for whole house decoration. It adopts a composite formula of "bamboo powder+wood powder+PVC resin+lightweight calcium carbonate+additives", and is made into boards through extrusion molding process. The surface can be heat transferred or film coated, replicating various decorative effects such as wood grain, stone grain, cloth grain, etc. It is different from traditional latex paint and wallpaper, focusing on three core selling points: quick installation, environmental protection, and durability. Construction does not require wall scraping or putty scraping, greatly shortening the decoration cycle.

Material Composition

Bamboo wood fiber (bamboo powder/wood powder) 30% -40%: provides a natural texture, enhances the toughness of the board, and reduces the coefficient of thermal expansion.

PVC resin 20% -30%: As a bonding substrate, it endows the board with plasticity and weather resistance.

Lightweight calcium carbonate 20% -30%: increases the hardness of the board, reduces costs, and enhances fire resistance and flame retardancy.

Functional additives 5% -10%: including stabilizer, foaming agent, flame retardant, anti-aging agent, etc., to optimize the physical properties of the board.

Surface decoration facial mask 1% -2%: environmental protection PVC film or PET film is used to provide rich colors and enhance the ability of anti pollution and wear resistance.

Performance parameters

Density: 0.8-1.2g/cm ³, lightweight texture, reduces wall load-bearing capacity

Moisture content: ≤ 12%, moisture-proof and deformation resistant, suitable for humid environments

Fire rating: meets the B1 level flame retardant standard of GB8624-2012, extinguishes automatically in the event of fire, and there is no spread of open flames

Environmental Protection Level: Compliant with GB18585-2020 E1 standard, high-quality products can reach E0 level, no formaldehyde emission

Weather resistance: Temperature range -20 ℃~60 ℃, not easy to fade, crack, or deform

Environmentally friendly and formaldehyde free: The substrate adopts a physical mixing process, without the need for adhesive bonding, and can be directly installed without the release of harmful substances such as formaldehyde and benzene.

Easy installation: With a locking joint, it can be directly nailed, glued, or fastened to the rough wall/keel. A 100 square meter house can be completed in 2-3 days without the need for professional oil workers.

Easy to clean and maintain: The surface coating is smooth and dense, and stains can be wiped directly with a damp cloth. It is scratch resistant and wear-resistant, not easy to fade, and has low daily maintenance costs.

Strong plasticity: It can be cut, slotted, and punched, suitable for various shaped spaces (such as cylinders and corners), and supports personalized styling design.

Sound insulation: The board has tiny pores inside, which have a certain sound absorption effect, low thermal conductivity, and can improve indoor insulation and sound insulation performance.
